Your recommend-dosing schedule for ALA is 3 hours (and that is clear in many places.) However can you please comment on ALA and its Half-life in how you derived it based on your recommendation ? Was it in a reference study you were referring to a calculation or another resource? Again I spent some time checking the Archives looking for your response but only came up with someone paraphrasing that it was a calculated amount that you came up with. Also not sure if you listed a reference to the actual half-life in your books either. Can you please give a brief comment about ALA and its half-life?
