It's that time of year again :) If you're like me, you've gained a few extra

pounds over the holidays... (People wouldn't stop baking me gluten free goodies,

and I wouldn't stop eating them!!) haha.. Here are some tips on losing the extra

What works best for me is getting back to eating lots of lean protein, veggies,

and brown rice.
