Anyone know how to get a message to Andy? He asked for some link when emailing

him through our chat room and I just don't know what he means?

I am wondering two things.

1) Can one do ALA alone, ie. @ 3 hours, 4 hours at night? Or is that just to

open BBB? I had to get rid of my DAI book, have to buy again.

2) With mold issues, my Dr. wants me to do CSM cholestyramine, cholesterol

reducer. I know Andy is against liptor products as redistributes mercury.

Anyone have any answers?

Can someone email me directly? I get so many emails and have had a major set

back after doing a trial of stim meds. I'll recover, but phew it's tough going.

My MCS, and issues with mold are back (water leak under sink).
