Is Mercola's B12 oral spray up to the B12 many of us need, as to Value?

Hi,

The most recent Mercola newsletter is promoting its own B12 oral spray as

superior to other injested forms by a long shot. Would that be a reasonable

alternative to the more expensive and instrusive shots and B12 nasal spray that

is available, (and no doubt more difficult to get for most?) to also get at the

integrity of such promotion on an otherwise free and worthy newsource, and

inspiration towards the activism of individualism (of Understanding More) no

less, I'd be Feeling, of as much.. . (On The way? .. . (On The way It's done is

my sense of this.

If we were primarily about justice as a group I expect we couldn't do better for

justice and individualism (and health) by as much.

I doubt his oral spray B12 is any more/less effective than the other mouth

sprays on the market. My guess is nasal administration would be more effective

than oral spray... but I have not researched it in a long, long time.

Also, I thought the form of b12 that is helpful for autism was methylcobalamin

Mercolas is cyanocobalamin. 

This is on wiki...

Methylcobalamin is a cobalamin (MeCbl or MeB12) used in the treatment of

peripheral neuropathy, diabetic neuropathy, and as a preliminary treatment for

Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis. It is a form of vitamin B12 and differs from

cyanocobalamin in that the cyanide is replaced by a methyl group.[1]

Good point. I didn't even look at Mercola's product. That seems like a

boneheaded move on his part Cyanocobalimin? It is the cheapest form.

The best B vitamin I have found is, without a doubt, Max Stress B by Premier

Research Labs (Dr. Bob Marshall). It is predigested and is a full spectrum B...
