Question about VSL#3 Dosing

Just got first shipment of VSL#3. I want to start Mickie on it tonight, but

I'm not sure about the dosage and time. The box says 2 to 8 daily. Mickie is

13 and about 65 pounds. He is on Nystatin in the morning and GSE two times

at lunch and at 5:00 pm.
