hi new in the group... need some urgent advice

Hi Friends,

I am a newbie and I live in Dubai. There is a slight dilemma for which I need

any advice possible. I have been with Dr. Bradstreet for the last 4yrs and my

son's treatment reached a plateau. I need a fresh approach. I was able to get an

appointment with Dr. Sidney Baker who is only seeing a few patients a year and

charges them quite high. There is also Dr. Jepson charging not as much

coming to Dubai to see a few parents here.

Do you have any reviews to share about each of these Doctors i.e Dr. Jepson and

Dr. Baker so that I may make a sound decision. The charges between these two are

nearly 10times and even though I can squeeze out funds from here and there and

make the trip to US. I would still need to if it is worth the trip after all Dr.

Jepson is coming out all the way here and charging only a fraction.

Do any of you have any positives or negatives about the two doctors to share, I

will most appreciate it.... It will save a lot of money that can go towards my

son's therapies rather than the air travel....

I don't know anything about those doctors. I do know that some people on this

list pursue solutions without the help of a doctor. For some people, that

works.

I hope someone who does know those doctors speaks up soon.

You can probably accomplish more on your own by reading the files section. I

have not found that most of these doctors have a clue how to safely chelate a

kid.

Hi- I do not know either Dr's. Jepson or Baker, however, I do have both of Dr.

Sidney Baker's books, Biomedical Treatments for Autism and PDD, from reading

those over the past 5 years he seems very sensible. I am sorry I cannot help you

more specifically!

Side note in regards to chelation and biomed therapies...we have been on our

own, no DAN! docs for almost 4 years and have seen great improvements. This list

has been indispensable for that purpose.
