Guest guest
> Since I have started GSE (9 drops in the morning and 9 at night), my daughter (3 yrs old - 30 lbs)... has developed runny nose, stuffy nose with lot of mucus and now sore mouth with really badly sore lips... which are bleeding even if I lightly brush her teeth or if she eats anything. Lips are swollen as well. > Could she be having bacterial or fungal infection? could she have hard time tolerating GSE? If not GSE what else can I supplement her with for yeast? OLE? How much? Starting with 9 drops is too much. Try only 2-3 drops. You might need to give it with No-Fenol enzyme also. Or, drop the GSE and try OoO or biotin. Guest guest
Thank you Dana!! I am going to stop GSE for a while now and get her on OoO and am giving her Biotin and see if I need to increase that. Later, I shall see if I can introduce GSE with minimum amounts... I did get carried away and feel bad now . It could not have caused any bacterial infection, could it? Best, Shruti. Giving GSE when it was no longer required, and giving too much, did tend to cause a bad bacteria issue at my house. Usually it took a few days to develop. If it was really bad, and especially in the beginning, I used OLE and Culturelle to eliminate the problem. But as time went on, removing the GSE would eliminate the problem [no additional intervention was required]. Dana
