Biocidin is great against infections of all kind, it is strong, so double the

probiotics you give and be sure to give those 2 hrs after giving every biocidin

dose.

[ ] OT: ear infection remedies

Hi, Daughter has a nasty ear infection. Ten days on antibiotics haven't helped.

We have another appointment on Monday but looking for ideas for what will help.

All suggestions greatly appreciated!

In our house, Nutribiotic ear drops work awesome. Also, garlic mullein ear

drops.

I recently had to take Augmentin (14D) for an ear/sinus infection (first ear

infection since infancy!). It knocked it back, but not out. I think the Oil of

Oregano capsules I took finished it off. It took almost 2 weeks for the last of

the face pain to disappear.

I took 2 North American Herb/Spice Wild OoO gel caps per day.

Have you done the garlic?

I thought this was interesting:

At my house, ear infections were caused by yeast overgrowth. Antibiotics would

have made them worse.

We use the garlic and mullien ear drops and something called Windbreaker

which is a TCM (traditional chinese medicine) decongestant that my

pediatrician (they are obviously into alternative medicine) prescribes. I

don't know where to get it other than a small pharmacy in Westchester, NY.

if my kids start having ear pain i use the Wally's ear oil drops. Also,

nasal sprays with xyltol - the one my doc recommends is xclear.- it has

xyltol and GSE.

Ear infections:

Take a WHOLE onion.. warm it in the oven for about 10 mins (don't need to

preheat oven this way it is just WARM not HOT)

Cut the onion in half and place the cut side on TOP of the infected ear.

Wait about 10 mins and repeat with other side.

Ear Candling is IMMEDIATE relieve for Ear infections it also pulls (draws)

the infection out of the ear , if you have a smaller child you will need to

do this when they are sleeping.

Get some Food Grade 35% H202 hydrogen peroxide (if possible - diluted to 3%)

or buy the brown bottle in the store. Take the white capful and pour it into

the infected ear. The H202 will carry Oxygen to the infection immediately

as well.

All of these remedies WORK Immediately..without the use of Antibiotics..

What is the ear infection from?

Thanks for all the suggestions. The weird thing is I have no idea how she

got this infection. She doesn't have a cold, nasal congestion or fever.

It's a mystery.

Also, I have been taking a combination of OLE and OoO here lately for my ear

infections and cleaning the phone at work religiously with peroxide before use.

HTH/good luck.

That might point toward yeast?

I have found in our family that ear infections are yeast. If they give

antibiotics, it starts to go away but then returns later on because you have

further killed of any good bacteria, and the yeast just gets worse.

I used to suffer a few ear infections a year, pretty bad ones too. The last time

I had one the doctor would not give out antibiotics because she said they do not

work on ear infections anyway. That most infections resolve on their own. I was

able to get rid of it with garlic ear drops, oral Grapefruit seed extract and

probiotics. Lots of them. I had to stay on GSE and watch my diet for

sugar....once the yeast was under control..I have never had another ear

infection, sinus infection etc. So I went from pre-biomed days of having these

infections 4-6 times a winter...to post-biomed, not at all!

Also cured ear infections in my nieces with oral GSE, probiotics and the garlic

oil ear drops. We did not use any antibiotics for them.
