Guest guest
Hi Dana Really appreciate your help to suggest dosage to detox calcium. I hv been supplementing my son vitd3 due to test result indicated deficiency. He was at 24 and I was told he should be at 80. After supplementing for 2 months I did another test and now his vit d3 is elevated beyond 100. So I hv stopped Vitd3 supplement and I read body consumes 4000iu per day and theoretically his level should be back to normal in two weeks. Meanwhile I need to prevent hypercalcemia or bulid up of calcium at muscle, brain and other areas due to possibility of abnormal calcium owing to vit d3. I remember you supp IP6 to reduce calcium. For a 33lbs kids and short term measure, how much do you think I could give him? Just to reduce any possible build up for a short period of perhaps one week? Appreciate your help on dosage and while chelating calcium did you still give calcium supplement?
