question about peptide clathration Andy or others

I have been reading some of the posts about this and would like to understand.

I am not wanting to be blasted or lectured...I would like to understand if this

is really helpful. I have heard people get into heated arguments and what I am

wanting to understand is not if so much opinions but an actual description of

how it works and why so many disagree.

We are supposed to learn and grow...and to learn, I personally need to

understand....and I can't find enough info to understand how this works.
