Hi all,

my daughter is 19 mths old and I need a good multivitamin for her without all

the crap. (additives) I'm having trouble finding one. She's not on the spectrum

but she has eczema on her face and backside, I think it's coming from dairy

products so I want to go CF with her. She is already taking probiotics and I'll

soon start her on EFA, I'm thinking flax oil because her brother who is PDD is

taking it and he can't tolerant CLO, would flax oil be just as good? She is non

vaccinated but she has had steriods a few months back. Something is bringing her

immune system down. I won't lose this one to autism...please help.

Eczema for us was always food related. Great step to take out dairy. If that

doesn't do it, I would do wheat too.

My nt son with severe food allergies, I did the poly-vi-sol (sp) infant drops

when he was a baby maybe until 3-4. They seem to hide just fine in a sippy cup

with whatever. Can pick them up even at Walmart. My son is now 7.6, so been a

few years. But with all his food allergies, safe and liquid. Easy!

Not a pro with clo at all. But I believe Nordic has some nice kids flavored

that might mix easy in juice. There are also some gummy bear type products for

young ones too.

I looked at the poly-vi-sol ingredients and it has natural and artifical

flavorings. I'm trying to stay away from those.

That *something* brnging the immune system down is *steroids*. (#1)

We use Gummy Vites (the lactic acid is from a bacteria and not from milk

protein) they are free of all allergens and dyes and they taste really good.

Dose is two per day.

You can get them at WalMart and most grocery stores.

We use the Target brand equivalent to Lil Critters gummy vites. No artificial

colors or flavors, (uses fruit and vegetables), no common allergens either. My

kids have tons of allergies and they are fine on them.
