On March 8, 2010, Greg Abbott, the Texas Attorney General, issued a warning

to parents regarding a website which poses a risk to children. The site,

chatroulette. com, could potentially expose children to strangers with web

cameras who are broadcasting explicit acts live on the web. Please read
