Hello group,

My daughters hair test showed low thyroid, low adrenal and problems with the

parathyroid.

For adrenals I give 2 capsules a 50 mg adrenal cortex in the morning and Herbal

Adrenal Support Formula (siberian ginseng, ashwagandha, licorice and maca) 8

drops once or twice daily between meals.

For thyroid I want to give tyrosine, selenium and iodine. What dose should I

give her? Her weight is 88 pound and she is 12 years old.

I couldn't find any info in Andy's books what to give for parathyroid problems.

Does anyone know what to give for that?

Her hair test also showed that she needs calcium and magnesium.

Can all the supplements be given together?

The tyrosine says to give on an empty stomach. That sometimes will not work do

other things she is taking and the amount of time she is not home.

She is going to school from 8 am till 4 mp. So there is a long time where I

can't give her anything.

She also gets

Mag 150 mg twice daily

Zinc 15 mg twice daily

Vit C 1500 mg in 3 doses

Molybdenum 100 mcg once in the morning

Chromium piccolinate 200 mcg in the morning

Milk Thistle 175 mg twice daily

Vit E 400 IU in the morning

Probiotis with meals

Candex at 1 bedtime and before 1 awakening

OoO 1 drop once daily

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks,

Petra
