Guest guest
add Biotin. Start with one to two drops of gse per day and slowly increase. We also use candex twice a day. For us, these three things have been the most effective. > > Hi All > > I am planning to start chelation with my son. We have had yeast issues and it seems that right now he is having a flare up. I have done homeopathy with success in the past but this last time it did not seem to work. I cut sugar as much as possible but it is the most difficult part for us since I have a boy who loves to eat. He will get into the fridge cabinets even the sugar bowl if we forget to lock them all up tight. > > Anyway I have GSE here at home. I have used it on and off but never really had a dosing schedule for it. Any suggestions on how much and how often? Also anything else we should add? I have found other supplements/herbs in lists but I am just wondering what has worked for others and again how much and how often? > > Liz ) >

I started with 400mcg biotin and 1 drop GSE, and worked up as required. The most biotin I gave was 20mg 3x per day. The most GSE I gave was 4 tablets 3x per day. Work up until the yeast is under control. Dana
