Guest guest Posted May 15, 2006 Report Share Posted May 15, 2006 Kidneys sounds like MTX. Her levels may be elevated and they have to take her off it. Can you get us a list of her meds, or just ask her. She needs to be on a biologic like remicade or humira. If she isnt on one of those, there is nothing to really halt the inflammation. Perhaps her insurance doesnt cover it. If she needs it and cant afford it, then there are programs to help. Has she applied for disability benefits. Does she work. I will assume not. Give us as much info as you can and we will all chime in.
