A few things:

it sounds like he need chromium to help regulate blood sugar levels.

IBS:consider dietary allergies, like gluten or dairy.

Give probiotics and digestive enzymes if not already. Consider a food allergy

panel, if not already done.

And it's fine to try the adrenal cortex if he fits those symptoms. You don't

need labs to try this. I'd certainly go for it.

Eating more than 1/4 cup of food for breakfast makes him rage.

He has been strict GFCF for 10 years. He is egg free with very limited corn and

soy. I'm not sure about the supplements, though. I will check that.

Probiotics cause rage now. Enzymes are good and he can take dozens of them

daily - the only limiting factor is price. The food allergy panel taken during

the endoscopy shows no allergies. However the alternative finger prick allergy

panel years ago showed multiple issues - so who knows..

I used to give high dose Vit C without any issues, now it causes rage.

I don't understand how things cycle from good to bad - same brand, same child.

It's a moving target. Maybe it's the constipation.

What probiotics? They don't have any strep strains in them right?

A delayed food allergy panel is about the one that is helpful. So he's probably

got a few, who knows.

You're still early in the chelation game, a lot can change, but usually about

this time is when the adrenal problem shows up. See how the adrenal supplement

goes.

I bought the adrenal cortex and have added it in. He appears to get very happy

on it. It's 33mg and soon I will up the dose. I took his temp 3x today and it

was not stable.

I have chromium and I used to give it but had removed it along with everything

else a while back. I wanted to start fresh and see what was working and what

wasn't. I can add the chromium back in next week or so and see how it works.

I moved away from the probiotics with strep strains and was giving him

Culturelle, but after a while it made him rage. I'm giving biotin now and he

really likes it so hopefully that will be ok.

I found out the Vit C is corn based. No wonder he can't take it, corn makes him

rage. I doubled the liquid vits and I'm giving them 4x/day. So he'll be

getting enough antioxidants to keep us going for a while.

Enzymes are currently working really well. They take away heartburn and they

reverse aggression if I give them soon enough. He seems to need 1/2 dozen with

a meal and another 1/2 dozen afterwards. First sign of aggression I give

another 1/2 dozen and he gets happy again. They are super expensive and I'm

worried about that, I want to find a way to have his body make enzymes on it's

own. In the meantime I also need to start making enzyme candies to send to

school so he can get through mealtimes there.
