RE: methotrexate, remicade and me

dear friend,

i take methotrexate and remiced to.

the meth i take by pill 8 pills at night on sunday once a week then i

take the remiced every 8 weeks that gets more more tried then the meth

dose.

i also take presdson and cllonazepam to help me sleep and to relax my

joins ...

i take 4 pills for sleepand i take the vtuimen to keep me from being

sick after the meth teartment,,,,it only makes me tried one day and i

dont like the phone to ring i not took it sunday i been sick with a cold

and with meth you cant take it if you got a bad cold i i take it agian

sunday but the remimced is every 8 weeks and going on my 19th one in

apirl i get nevers do to the iv and i take permeds to help me relax i

take it at the dictors office in the remiced room he check on you every

few 30 munintes but the nures are god there 15 munintes to check

everything..

yes i get tried after the remiced so i try to go eraly in the morning so

i sleep doring the treatment and then go home and sleep i rest for 2 to

3 days...but when i am up and going i feel good only when it gets cold

or rain i feel bad or stress the doctor say RA Can kill us and i got to

not be so stress if i want i can walk alittle a day do some apt

cleaning.. i feed my cat and all that... dose anyone here hear others

call your lazy nonething wrong with you?

i do most the time all anyone has to do is look at my hands and feet and

legs i can't walk to good,,,,i not saying i give up i have had it sence

12 years old now sence my 20's i am now 37 i have the adut RA.

WHY DONT OTHERS JUST STOP TRYING TO MAKE ME DO TO MUCH I GOT A NOTE ON

MY WALL REST IN THE DAY 30 MUNITES WORK SOME TRY TO WALK EAT AND TRY TO

SLEEP BUT ITS STRESS AND THING THE DOCTOR SAY NO STRESS BUT OTHERS

SAYING YOUR CAN DO THIS OR THAT AND I CANT...

It sounds like you have fairly serious RA but you are getting good treatment

for it. Most people with RA don't have it as bad as you do but each of us

is different, and some have it even worse. I take 5 Methotrexate pills and

I get 6 mg/kg Remicade every 8 weeks. You might get better results if you

can increase the amount of Remicade you take. Also staying on Prednisone is

not good for you if you can manage without it. I hope your RA gets better.
