Guest guest
Am I supposed to withhold minerals for the whole weekend during a round? Do any of you give minerals anyway during the round? I don't understand what is the point of withholding minerals? Is it the concern the Chelator will go after the minerals and not the metals if we give them? I am concerned she will be even more depleted if she doen't have them, especially zinc which is something she really needs. Any imput appriciated. Guest guest
Some DAN! doctors say no minerals while chelating because then the chelator just takes the minerals and not the metals. That isn't accurate. Keep the minerals going as usual and you don't even need to separate them from the chelator if you don't want to.
