Guest guest
Hi, I had to just put in my input. I've been reading all the emails but I havent had a chance to comment on any of them. I used to be a pepsiholic. I drank atleast 4-6 20oz pepsi's a day. My sister took me for a massage back in janurary 2004 and when I was done they told me to drink lots of water because the massage releases toxins into your body and I will feel very achy and sore and of course the massage felt sooooo great that I didnt want to feel achy and sore, the whole purpose of the massage was to feel better. So we went to lunch that day and I had a coke and a few hours later I started to feel achy so I started drinking water and I felt much better the next day after flushing my system out. I had three pepsi's left in the refrigerator and I didnt touch them for two weeks. When I finally opened one up and took a drink it tasted so thick it was gross so I just stuck to water and when I drank pop I drank fountain pop or with ice. I lost 50lbs. Of course that was 2 years ago and I to buy can pepsi now and I do drink one or two a day sometimes, when I dont I get an awful caffiene withdrawl headache. I just had to put my two cents in that I to believe that water is so important. I buy bottled water also for the feeling of having a bottle to carry around with me. I just fill it back up for a day or so with my tap water. There is not a day that goes buy that I dont drink it and I always start my day with a bottle of water now instead of a bottle of pop. I have been training myself to drink bottled water by alternating it with the cokes. Thanks again! What are the most popular cars? Guest guest
good for you! It's great that the massage has brought you such long lasting changes to your diet. 50lbs weight loss is amazing, you should be proud of yourself. It is amazing how when we change something in our diet for a period of time that sometimes when we go back the food that we so loved doesn't taste the same as it once did, but it happens all the time. My sister noted the same thing, she had an addiction to potato chips, when attempting to loss weight she gave them up and has never gone back, she claims they just don't taste good anymore.
