Guest guest
I'm a 39 year old female. Most of my life I've worked in jobs that are normally considered part of the " man's world " . For example: When I was a teenager, my Dad took me with him on week-ends, days that school was closed, and during the summer months, to work with him in housing construction. During my late 20's & early 30's(about 5 years) I worked with the new construction side of laying pipelines across the midwest and southwest. I actually got heat stroke(because of my low water intake)on one of the last pipeline jobs I worked on and since being diagnosed with RA (at least 15 years earlier in life than my Dad was diagnosed), have always thought that the heat stroke led to the earlier and more severe onset of my RA but have no way to prove that theory. I feel that if I would've taken better care of myself then, RA may not have hit me so early or severe now. I feel like, in this way I caused it to happen earlier in my life than it otherwise would have. hmmm > > I try to drink one gallon of water daily. > > If I dont, I feel achy and my joints hurt. > > Theres a book out.... Its a very good book. > > If you become dehydrated..........it causes many > many diseases. > > I measure my water intake daily.
