I only have GSE with me (not in my home country). > He's 20kg. Can I try giving him 1 drop of GSE per day & see if the symptoms go away in a week's time? My son would have needed more than one drop, but you can definitely start by giving him one drop per day for a few days and see if that helps. Guest guest
Hi all, We haven't started the AC protocol yet, still gathering information. But I suspect my son has a yeast issue as he has a lot of similar behavioral symptoms like laughing to himself, talking to himself, laughing when I ask him to do something, he's hyperactive, running around house, etc. I'm wondering what would be a good start for him to treat yeast. I've read a lot about it and everyone seems to have something different that worked for them. Could you please give me advice on the basis? What to start with, how long to give it to him? I really appreciate your time. Thank you, Natallia > > I strongly suspect my son has yeast problem. He's oppositional, giggly, talking much to himself etc.. At my house, what worked best was biotin and GSE. I have more ideas here http://www.danasview.net/yeast.htm I started with 400mcg biotin and 1 drop GSE. I worked up as required. During certain protocols, I had to increase this dramatically. Other times, biotin alone was sufficient. Good luck. Dana
Guest guest
Dana, How did you know that your kids could not take probiotics? I think I remember you saying something to that effect a while back. He was acting really goofy. I took away everything and decided to start over. We started with Trienza once a day at the midday meal(where he eats chicken strips). He calmed down, no violent behavior, no constipation. He did sit around a lot for a couple of days just looking into space; seemed withdrawn. Yesterday morning I started the probiotics back and he has had 2 episodes of SIB and a bowel movement that was full of black specks and later another that was bloody. He has an area of inflammation that could bleed if he cramps(according to the doctor). Could it be the probiotics or is it just coincidental? Guest guest
> Dana, > How did you know that your kids could not take probiotics? I think I remember you saying something to that effect a while back. I tried several different types of probiotics, all of which caused problems. So I used biotin instead, which worked very well. > He was acting really goofy. I took away everything and decided to start over. I think I would remove the probiotics, or at least seriously reduce the dose. This might be die off, but it might be intolerance to the probiotics also. Guest guest
Some probiotics are soy based and some are milk based , so if you child is sentitive to soy or milk that could be contributing to the problem.
