hi.I am new to the group, Here is my situation

1. I have a cousin, 26,has the symptom of autism. (there was no diagnose of

autism when he is young in my country)

2. My 3 1/2 old son has a diagnose of autism

3. MY baby,5 1/2 months boy. I was so~~ happy to see him cooing and smiling at

me when he was 2 months old. I felt I was always smiling at that time. But

everything changed after he got his 2 month old immune shot. He stopped cooing,

his eye contact is less, and he is a very quiet baby now at 5 months. He makes

very short eye contact, and it can be better when he is laying on his back or

with a distance. When he is lift up or close to my face, he will look at

somewhere else. He will smile at me but barely laughing. He used to " talk " to me

for 20 minutes at 2 months but not a sound now. In a word. a lot of red flags

regarding autism. it hurts, so much.

With my first kid, although I heard the relation of autism and vaccinate. I

thought he got if from the family gene. But what happened on my new baby make me

change the mind. How stupid i was to gave him the shot. Now I am thinking about

taking them to do some lab test regarding immune injury. the change on my baby

is so obvious I hope I can find the reason and do something.

I got confused because there are so many test. please give me some suggestion

which ones should we do first or which are better for my situation. And can i

order them from the ped or i need to find a dan doctor.

Any suggestions are welcomed. thanks a lot.
