Guest guest
I don't eve know where to start with this question or questions...my head is spinning right now. We've been doing biomedicine for two years, chelation for a year with our older son who is five and just started recently with our two year old. We treat for yeast and bacteria daily with OoO, GSE and Biotin. We recently learned of a leak in our house that has probably been going on since the house was built, 6 years ago. WE moved in about 3 years ago. Now, I want to add that our son started showing signs of problems well before we moved into this house, so I am not implying that this is the cause of his issues, but now I am concerned, because of his sensitivities. We had the mold remediated by what we thought was a reputable mold company. They did a mold test after the removal, inside the containment which was left up at my request. The test came back completely clear for the main living area and the basement had one mold showing up in low numbers, related only to rotted wood. We weren't too concerned, but the mold company said they wanted to retreat and retest the area in the basement. So we let them take down the containment in our living area, but they left the one in the basement up while we waited for the results on the next test. For some odd reason, those tests came in higher and with more mold spores showing!! The woman I spoke with at their office said that even dead spores can be detected, if they were stirred up before the test, etc. Anyway, one of the molds that was detected is a category called aspergillus/penicillium. The results are not very high, but they are there. I don't know how much of it is aspergillus and/or penicillium. So now I am really worried about my kids who are already determined as mercury toxic being exposed to these mold spores!! I don't know if I can trust the first test that showed nothing upstairs, since the second test was SO different from the first. The containment is still up in our basement, so whatever is going on in there hasn't (hopefully) been exposed to the whole house, although going in and out of the containment could have changed that. Sorry for all the detail, but my mind is really reeling!! So here are the things that come to mind. Since we are already treating for yeast/fungus with GSE and OoO, is it possible that any exposure to the aspergillus might have been dealt with as we were treating daily? Does chelation address mold? My husband spoke with a family who said they were all chelated for years for mold....not sure what that means. The week after the mold remediation was started, both of my boys came down with a cold, my older son developed a sort of throat clearing in the back of his throat that lasted a few weeks. It seems to have gotten better, but every now and then, I hear him do it again, although not nearly as much as he was before. I don't know if this is related or not, but I am terrified by some of the things I have read online about immune compromised individuals and aspergillus. I don't really know what to do next here, any advice??
