What is elevated Cbir1 Elisa?

Hi,

I'm posting this question on behalf of a friend:

Ds had some blood work done last week b/c of intense stomach pains.

Which, he has had stomach issues from day 1, but have never figured

out why. With the intense waves of pain ,the ped ordered some tests

of antibodies to check for ulcerative colitis and crohns. The only

one that came back slightly elevated was Cbir1 . I was wondering

if you could tell me what significance this has. I have googled but

am only finding articles discussing that elevated antibody and

crohsn/UC. Thanks for your help!
