I'm sorry if someone else has mentioned this, but low stomach acid will reduce

the beneficial bacteria required for magnesium absorbtion. Working on

correcting any digestive issues to maximize the ability to absorb all nutrients.

Taurine is synergistic with magnesium and can also ease the effects on the

nervous system. Anxiety, which can be a symptom of defiency, can certainly lead

to heart pains/chest tightness/heart palps.

I have a long standing problem with rapid heart rate, low blood pressure, 'out

of body' feelings along with those of impending doom. I get where you are

coming from, and I know what it feels like to lie down and night and wonder if

you will wake up that next morning.

co-Q10 helped me, too. I'm not saying your issues are similar to mine nor

will my supplements work for you... but worth mentioning.

Good luck.

I am still feeling like death and still trying to find a way to get

more magnesium in my system. I have taken all the supps that people

have suggested and still no success in reducing my symptoms. Why

frantically researching, I came across this article that I am praying

will help me to feel better. http://drmyhill.co.uk/wiki/Magnesium

I just did my first magnesium nebulizer treatment and I don't know if

it is wishful thinking or what but I seem to feel a little bit better.

me to help my lack of magnesium situation it would be greatly

appreciated.

I ordered some ACE & thought I would have receives it by now. My neph was so

whiny & crying that I had to do something for this round so I purchased Adrenal

Success Caps by Solaray from Vitamin Shoppe and gave 1/4 cap 3x's yesterday and

I have a brand new kid. He is more calm & seems to have it together. It is

100% veg w/Theanine & Gaba. Has anyone had any experience with this Adrenal

Support.

It seems that with ACE, there is a definite ramp up required in order

not to get palpitations, anxiety, anger, etc...

I can do Balanced B's, C's, and Cal and Mag to slowly bring these back.

I've gotten that pounding heart thing - and for me it's panic attacks.

Anxiety. It stopped when I supported the adrenals. My TCM MD said my

adrenals were a mess. Magnesium does help with adrenals, but I needed

vit C and Adrenal Cortex Extract, too.

I am still feeling like death and still trying to find a way

people have suggested and still no success in reducing my symptoms.

Ok......I just got the gist of what you were saying.  I don't have obsessive

behavior.  Magnesium made me feel better.  Plain and simple

Hi ,

If I remember correctly, when having a Magnesium soak, the water is

not supposed to be too hot.

Yes I have seen that and tried it. I think the problem there is that

I can't stand the water being hot enough and to simply just put it on

your skin doesn't seem to work for me at all.

The only research that has been done on this that I know of, the volunteers

soaked for 15 minutes in 50 degree celsius water.  Thats about 122 degrees F.  I

can't handle that.  I don't feel that my magnesium levels have ever changed by

soaking in the tub and it is probably because it isn't hot enough.
