When to begin lowering Thyroid medication?

On LDN since July -- stated at .50, raised slowly -- at 3.5 now.

On 4 grains Armour thyroid, and began feeling very hyper for the very first

time.

2 days ago lowered the Armour to 3.75 grains, but wondering --

At what point does one know if LDN is repairing the thyroid gland, and when/how

much to lower thyroid meds?
