To suggest hep C is either Active or Inactive is incorrect. Hep C is normally a

slow developing disease but is never " Inactive " . Once the virus is in the

bloodstream it will attack the liver cells. The liver can sustain a great deal

of damage before any symptoms for the disease are evident. Only after 20 or 30

years will serious damage become evident resulting in the misconception the

virus is now Active. The damage started as soon as the virus got into the

bloodstream. People sometimes say they have had hep C for 5 years....that is

when they were diagnosed....they were infected many years before. Just my

Chelation removes toxic metals (mercury, lead, arsenic, etc.). It's very

important to use proper protocol (Andy Cutler protocol, which is low frequent

dosing) which is much safer than various other protocols out there. If your

child has ANY mercury amalgam dental fillings you must have them safely removed

according to proper protocol before you chelate.

What else are you doing/have you tried with your child? Other supps, special

diet, Epsom salt baths/soaks, probiotics, etc? Which issues/behaviors concern

you and/or her most?

We do the epsom salts baths and i have tried the probiotics but it was a fight

to get her to take it. I actually just read today about water possibly helping

with getting alot of the toxins out so I am cutting out all her milk and giving

her more water. The b-complex is the only supp. that we are doing as of right

now. Any more suggestions on more supps.? Is there more that I should start her

on? I would love to be able to get her off her 2 meds all together. Do you think

that might be possible?

Cutting out milk/dairy is an excellent idea. Which meds are you hoping to get

her off of? What does she take them for? There are chewable non-dairy

probiotics. We use American Health which come in banana, strawberry, and

blueberry. Have you done a hair elements test? Is she verbal or otherwise

communicative?

I havent done a hair test. She takes lamictal for seizures and respidal for her

behavior. She verbal to a certain extent but not like an 8 yr old should be. She

does have about a 200 word vocabulary but she doesnt use her words like she

should. She can get her point across though.

She has no fillings. She is a very picky eater but she eats very well when its

something she really likes. Her last vaccine was about 2yrs ago.

> Could someone tell me what bioten is and what its used for?

The good bacteria in the gut manufacture biotin. The body uses biotin to

control yeast, and also for healthy skin, hair, and nails.

I thought that was what they were. Thank you so much. Can they be given

seperatly and if so which one is the most effective and what are the doses? Can

it be given with seizure meds?

Hi Leighann,

> Can they be given seperatly and if so which one is the most effective and what

are the doses?

I'm new to this group myself. I found the FAQ in the Files section very useful

and highly recommend it. :)

You can give ALA and DMSA separately, though giving DMSA first by itself is

recommended by some to clear the body a bit before starting to clear the brain.

Tiny frequent doses are recommended for children. Large infrequent doses can

cause severe and permanent neurological damage.

> Can it be given with seizure meds?

I don't know.

Best wishes,

Hi..

Is she taking any enzymes...only raw foods have enzymes so important to add

enzymes if eatting mostly cooked foods....

leighann_mc@... writes:

Well, since starting my little girl on the probiotics, vit.c and cod liver

oil,

plus adding magnesium oil to the bottoms of her feet every night, we have

started to see some improvements. She has added a few more words to her

rhyming

words by herself. Of course it was a word I wish she had not heard but I

will

take it for now. LOL. I do have a question though. Since she has been on

these

things, her poop has really started to get a horrible smell to it. And she

has

about 3 or 4 bm's a day instead of 1 or 2. And her bottom is getting red at

times from it. Is all this normal and is the red bottom from the yeast

being

removed? Any advice would be greatly apprciated. Thank you so much.

Can someone please help. We have been on the b-complex, probiotics,

vit.c, dmg and cod liver oil now for several months. She is on the

gf/cf/sf diet also but in the past 3 weeks her behavior has gotten so

bad that I am scared to take her anywhere without someone with me to

help me. She takes lamictal for seizures and risperdal for behavior and

the dr wanted to try to start weening her off the risp.because of the

side effects that she is having from it. She started at 1 1/2 ml 2xs day

and we got her down to .75ml 2xs day. I just had to take it back up to

1ml 2xs day cause of the violent behavior. What can I do to help her and

keep me from pulling my hair out. I NEED something. PLEASE!!! Thank you.

Bad behavior may be caused by candida in the gut. You may try GSE, Uva Ursi,

Oregao Oil - one of them. May be she will need some AKA to absorb ammonia from

die off. And activated chraocal to reduce die off symptoms, too.

If you can get Diflucan or Ketokenazol it can also be helpful, but it will make

more stress for the liver. I gave my kid one pill of Ketokanazol and then

switched to herbs.

We also had bb (bad behaviors) when bacteria grew.

It was so hard, that I stopped the supps  at some point. Because those

pathogens

grow on supps, for us, especiall y on CLO.

I dont want to put her on anything that will affect her liver baceause of her

past liver problems when she was an infant. She is 8.5yrs old now and weighs

almost 70lbs and is almost taller than I am. Extremely strong for her age. Even

her pediatrician cant hold her. I want to have her on only natural supps and

things like that but I keep trying to find the right ones for her. Which one of

the things you listed do you personally think worked the very best? I know all

kids dont respond the same way but I am so desperate. She has hurt me (only me,

noone else thank God) so many times and I just dont want her to start hurting

anyone else. Thank you.

Well, I heard that anything that can kill candida is a killer. The main

difference is between synthetic pills and herbs. GSE is a strong herb.

When dying, candida produces ammonia which harms the liver I believe, but this

doesn't depend on what killer was used. That's why you need AKA and craochal to

help the liver to get rid of toxins.

Another way, you may stop supps for some time, introduce antifungal in small

doses, and start re-introducing supps carefully, taking care of the yeasts.

Also, make sure it's not bacteria, then it's different, and antifungal may be

not enough. You'll have to take some antibacterial from the doctor/ But, when

you start antibacterial, they will go away, and  yeasts will grow in their

place, and you wll need antifungal anyway. It's a law.

The very same thing happened to us last year when we actually nourished our

patho flora and it took over us. It's hard, I know.

Just keep in mind that your kid is hurt by those pathogenes much more than she

hurts you.
