+++Hi Cathe. That is amazing you are working there.

> My second week of work, I started having jaw pain. First one side,

> then both sides, then one side again. I have no insurance so

cannot go to a dr/dentist. At first, I thought it was a bad tooth,

but the pain comes and goes and switches between my top jaw and

bottom jaw.

+++If the pain comes and goes and moves around, more than likely it

is caused by toxins, because they do move around a lot. Also if

you've had any dental surgery, procedures, or issues in the past your

body could be retracing them according to Hering's Law of Cure:

http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/menu1_1_2.php

> down inside my head. Like I really could use to sneeze. The

> tendons in my jaws feel achy.

+++You should do what you can to keep warm enough, but the cold room

itself won't cause such symptoms. Your symptoms are mainly due to

die-off/healing/detoxifying symptoms. They are all very common for

candida sufferers.

>

> I'm wondering if this is part of detox? I had a scare about

tetanus as I nicked my hand the beginning of the second week, just

around the time I started having all these pains. I think I'm just

being paranoid.

+++I don't think you should be concerned that you may have tetanus.

The symptoms aren't constant.

> I've been taking garlic tea, about a quart a day.

+++If you increased the amount after starting to work it could be

creating more dif-off symptoms. You would have started on garlic tea

after you are able to take 6 tbl. of coconut oil per day. You can

try cutting back on it to see if it helps minimize your die-off

symptoms, and even consider less coconut oil until you've adjusted

more to working.

wear cotton in my ears to sleep at night but noticed the other night

that when I put the cotton in, my jaw hurt BADLY so I've been going

without.

+++That's great you are getting them to clean up! Your ears can also

have toxins in them or be more sensitive because of jaw and/or sinus

issues. Try Ear Treatments too to see if they help:

>

> My sister says sinus issues can cause jaw and/or tooth pain.

> Sometimes bad pain. I have actually had to take a Tylenol twice in

> the past week, the pain was so intense.

+++Instead of taking Tylenol, try White Willow Bark capsules from the

health store. It doesn't cause the damage like Tylenol does, and it

isn't toxic to the body. Also oil of oregano is as powerful a pain

killer as morphine: take a bottle to work and sniff on it as often

as you can, and also sleep with your head on a tissue soaked in it.

Also apply oil of oregano mixed 50/50 with coconut oil to your jaw

where it hurts and also over the bridge of your nose and sinus

areas. Be careful not to get near your eyes.

+++Also do wet heat packs on your sinuses and/or jaws before going to

sleep.

>Last night I drank garlic tea and went for a walk and the pain went

away. Can anyone relate to this?

+++Often fresh air is a good healer. In addition, if a person has

mind issues related to being cold, or being sick, they can get stuck

in those incidents " mind-wise " which are in the past. When you take

a walk you get your mind more into " present time " and out of anything

in the past.

> Did any of you old-timers (for want of a better word) go

> through anything like this? Or anyone who's worked in a cold

> environment?

>

> I'm trying to trust my body but also scared because I haven't had

> this much pain during my healing so far.

+++This may be related to " bad-timing " too: as your body gets

stronger it will dig in a heal more areas of the body it needs.

I hope you feel better soon, and that some things I've suggested help

you.

one area of the body can effect so many other parts! Now that I am

> further into my detox I only notice them when I have a " not

headed " , dirty diet, moment.:) The bizarre thing is now I appreciate

the discomfort(it is no longer as severe as yours) as it reminds me

that the rare " treat " I have chosen to consume is not a treat at all

but poisen to my body. Keep following Bees recomendations on

diet...your body will let you know that this is the best program for

Candida(Thank you Bee!!). Something I use to do in addition to the

sinus rinses is place fresh pressed garlic juice in my ears. This

would alleviate some of the refractory jaw discomfort and keep my ear

infections down. What is truly amazing about Bee's diet is that I

no longer need to take prescriptive allergy or asthma medications.

NONE!!!! Amazing as I had to sleep with " rescue " inhalers at my

bedside and would use them every 2 hours.

FYI: My husband thought this was some kind of witch doctor diet and

did not offer much support as I tried it(we both work in the

medical field...as Respiratory Therapists!) but, this allergy season

he was the one complaining about symptoms and I...just smiled and

said, " I'm sorry your allergies are bothering you. " Followed with a

hugh cleansing breath through my patent, non-medicated nose!:))

Real quick, Bee, as I'm at the library again and my time is almost

up. My pains lasted a little over a week (maybe ten days), then

stopped! I thought it might have had to do with the way I was

holding my jaw slightly open when in the cold room because my nose

was constantly feeling drippy and I needed to breathe. Plus, I kept

snuffing up my nose. But I did rub coconut oil into my jaws and

sinuses at night. I got back on ascorbic acid (I had been out.) I

stopped the garlic tea for now. And I did put some coconut oil or

sodium ascorbate (can't remember) in my ears. I feel a whole lot

better and I SO appreciate your long, informative email. I'm

sending you a big cyberhug for all your caring words of wisdom! I

will try the things you mentioned if this happens again. I used to

have a clicking in the left side of my jaw and that seems to be

fixing itself! Woohoo!!

Big hugs,

Cathe

Hi ,

Thanks so much for your words of encouragement. These were the most

severe symptoms I've experienced thus far on this diet but they all

of a sudden just disappeared! I am feeling stronger and stronger

and the fact that I can work at all is a testament to the program

and how it is helping me. I am even walking to work now, about a

ten minute walk, but it feels good to have this energy. I was a

mess a year ago.

My husband is not on the diet either but he sees how it's helping

me. Maybe in time they will 'come over.' Until then, keep keeping

on!!

Thanks again,

Cathe

Oh Cathe! I'm so very happy for you!! That's very very well done my

dear! You did the hard work and I commend you.

There was a member of our group whose bones went back into place on

this program, caused by a bad car accident. I can't recall the

situation exactly but it was amazing to her too. Woohoo is right!

God didn't make any stupid bodies, and he got Nature right too!

Thank you for your big cyberhug ~~~ got it!!! LOL! I can use all of

the hugs I can get.

BIG ((((hugs)))) back, Bee

Search the word Celebrex at

http://www.fms-help.com/newsletters.htm

Also, try the search box on this message board as well.

Glad you are away from that toxic and emotionally degrading situation.

The arthritis med I take for my hand (gotta have it as a pianist) can

do serious damage to the stomach also. The pharmacist told me to take

it only with a FULL MEAL. Don't know if you can do that with the meds

you mentioned, but with all the gastric ruptures and bleeding from

these kinds of meds, we need to take precautions.

Hi, not sure of your name and I shouldn't call you "Featherednst". I'm so glad you dumped that crabby partner! Good for you! I bet you will start teaching again soon. You must have felt that a weight (literally) was taken off your shoulders when you gave her the cold shoulder, hah, hah.As for the Celebrex, I took it some years ago and found that it didn't make any difference to my pain levels. My mother takes one every morning, along with Percocet, for her arthritis, and doesn't seem to get anything out of the Celebrex itself. But try it. Everyone reacts differently to these drugs and this may help you. You'll certainly know in a couple of days. It's great to read some positive news!HelenFrom: featherednst <featherednst@...>Subject: Update and questiondominie Received: Wednesday, August 27, 2008, 4:39 AM

I love my Celebrex (except the cost). It replaced my Motrin that I was

taking, but it bothered my stomach too much. Celebrex is once a day and

keeps my pain manageable with taking darvocet 3 times a day. I am also on

Lyrica for nerve pain in my left lower leg, don't notice that it does much

else but couldn't live with out it either. I take the Celebrex with food.

I so wish I could still get celebrex. The VA no longer carries on their formulary and our private insurance plan does not pay for it. When I was able to get it, I took 200mg twice a day and was able to get off of MS Contin with it. They want me to go back on the morphine, but I am resistant to do so. As far as I am concerned, Celebrex is a good medication, that has gotten a lot of bad press. Hi all,

Kids are doing well with chelation. I can't say how many rounds we have done b/c

we have been extending our chelation beyond the three days on four days off into

a week or so at a time.

Question: I am having half of my amalgams out this Tues and the rest in Jan. I

am wondering what the supplement protocol is for the time between now and Jan

when the remainder of my amalgams will come out and prior to adding the DMSA.

If someone could point me to the protocol, I would appreciate it very much.

Thanks and blessings,

The supplements are the same as the basic supplements for adults chelating with

Andy's protocol. The list can be found in his " Amalgam Illness " book

(www.noamalgam.com) or in the files section of the frequent dose chelation

group. It is probably also available in posts from Andy if you use

www.onibasu.com to search or go to onibasuwiki.
