I've got the PDF and I'll read it tomorrow. There were lots of people

involved in this research....

I would like to see a statement from the journal editor as to why this

article was withdrawn. I don't believe it is a mere co-incidence that

withdrawl occurs so soon after the GMC/Wakefield decision.:-((
