Depends. If you add back a food and the child develops diarrhea or some other

problem, then obviously it is not time yet.

Do you give digestive enzymes or supplements? Any test results? Any reason to

think that your younger child has biomedical issues that need addressing?

Hi Dana,

He is currently on digestive enzyme, probiotic, multivitamin(animal parade),

spirulina and chlorella wakasa. We didn't perform any test results though we are

certain he is allergic to beef. We aren't sure if he has biomedical issues

though he dislikes milk since he was an infant.

If your older child has serious regression issues with gluten/casein, then it is

probably good to keep your younger child gfcf along with the older one. I think

I would allow the younger one to " cheat " sometimes unless it caused major

problems. Once the older one can eat gluten/casein without problems, then I

would remove dietary restrictions from both kids.
