Hello.. has anyone heard of copra oil to treat yeast?

Hi, Im new on this group, hope someone can help me.

My son have yeast and his DAN doc recommended Nystatin which I have heard of,

and also copra oil which I have not heard of. Does anyone know about this? and

what is your experience on this?
