Guest guest
I added biotin and he had a good day. Gave more tonight, hope he will sleep well. I don't think he has phenols in his diet I removed the almonds. I will re-check it. Thank you. Deb > > GSE made him rage and I'm scared to try it again. Sometimes biotin caused sleep issues here if given later in the evening, so watch for that. > I don't think he has phenols in his diet I removed the almonds. Almonds are high phenol Dana
Guest guest
So far he's on 10mg 2x/day. Could I work upwards from there? He did wake at 4:30 today with heartburn but that is pretty normal. Resolved that with 4 Zantac and a tablespoon of Gas-X pills. Last night I tried 1 Nystatin pill and it gave me heartburn! So I've removed it and I will just use Candidase and Biotin and let's see how that goes. I'm going to buy some Candex also, I know Mandi said she prefers it over Candidase. One problem is that his Dad won't give him any supps. So every other weekend he gets nothing. Then on Sunday night at dinner he starts his supps again. Not sure if that is hard on his body or not. It's out of my control, though. Deb > > I added biotin and he had a good day.
