IAOMT/ Biologic Dentists that accept Medicaid or Sliding Scale in US/Canada

Does anyone know of any dentists that accept sliding scale or Medicaid? I'm

desperate to have my last four amalgams removed but simply can't afford it even

on a payment plan. My local IAOMT dentist wants $1100 and that is crazy.

I would appreciate any help. I've spent 100s of hours trying to locate someone,

but the only person I found was a dentist in Tijuana named h Wooley who

became irrational and abusive through email! I don't need that any discount!
