My son's ATEC at his annual evaluation today was a 6. He had his autism

diagnosis officially removed!!

He has graduated from all his autism related therapies!

He still has some unrelated therapy due to PTSD, but we are tackling autism, we

can deal with that, too.

Yes, we are in MANAGED recovery, for sure. Still on enzymes and we of course

watch diet, but we always will. The only thing we must avoid is soy, everything

else (organic, nonGMO, chemical free) is a choice. He takes a few supps, not

many. We still chelate, and we started homeopathy about 4 months ago, and

continue with that.

We are THRILLED with this progess.

AC Chelation was a HUGE part of this.

and hope for all kids who still remain within the spectrum: may recovery also be

He is 7 and a half. But he did not regress until age 4. And we have done a lot

of 'alternative' energy type stuff with chelation: NAET, CST, etc. No

pharmaceuticals, only herbs and vitamins and minerals - and I used muscle

testing to determine what to give him, which I know people say doesn't work.

Whatever. Also Bach flower remedies and homeopathy as well. We keep going

forward to heal, to get the rest of the metals out, heal the residual stuff. In

one way, this doesn't change much of our day to day living anymore than how it

was 6 months ago, or even a year ago. On the other hand....it changes

everything.

Great news!

My older boy is undergoing some testing at school and they are surprised at how

well he is doing.

Almost two years of AC chelation and going strong!

TJ,

What was your boy's initial ATEC score two years ago? And, how old is he?

Thanks,

I have two boys. One is doing TD-ALA. TD-DMSA doesn't really work due to

oxidation.

The other is doing oral ALA and DMSA.

Both are taking it every three hours day and night starting Friday afternoon

after school until Monday morning before school.

Both are making steady progress.

Congratulations! That is wonderful news, I can only imagine the (well-deserved)

joy that you must feel!

We just started AC Chelation with our 4 year old daughter. Her ATEC score is a

37. Would you mind sharing what your son's initial score (after the regression)

was?

Also, who do you use for homeopathy?

Thank you for sharing your story -- it gives us all hope!

Hi TJ,

What is the difference between TD-ALA and ALA?  I also saw the terms TD-DMSA

and

TD-DMPS.  Not sure what is the difference between DMSA and DMPS.

Did you do chelation along with Homeopathy? Did you do Classical or sequential

TD stands for transdermal. We make ours at home by mixing ALA with hand lotion.

My son's intitial ATEC was a 65.

For homeopathy (which we started over the summer when my son's ATEC was in the

high teens), we see Dr. Baker in PA. We LOVE her. Here is her website:

www.lindabakermd.com

Got my son's hair test today. First one since we started chelation (It's been 20

months since we started). It looks VERY different than the one we have from

before chelation. I just barely glanced at it and noticed that, but my big

project for tonight is to sit down and really go over it. I just happened to on

a whim, because he was doing so well, decide to order a hair test about 2 weeks

ago. So I feel like it's kind of cool that I have a " recover " evaluation and

Hair test from the same time period. I don't think he shows deranged mineral

transport anymore - so it's like we have " proof " of the physical changes that

are contributing to his improvements.

We still chelate, stuff is still coming out. Stuff is now really, really high

that never showed up on his first test 2 years ago, so that is interesting. We

will keep going, and get him physically well, and no longer as supplement

dependent and to clear up residual issues. He's still slightly off, IMO. But

then again, I know what I'm looking for!

We only started homeopathy this past summer, and by then his ATEC was in the low

20's/high teens from chelation and everything else. We are continuing both

chelation and homeopathy. We do see interesting resolution of physical things

with homeopathy, and subtle residual things improving as well. I sort of feel

like homeopathy couldn't work well until we got some of the metals out of the

way, and now the homeopathy can heal some residual stuff. We are doing classical

homeopathy, much like in " Impossible Cure " . We tried homeopathy, briefly, twice

before, and either we had doctors who just weren't getting it right for my son,

or.....like I suspect, we had to get some metals out first. The body doesn't

really have a 'natural' procedue to pull metals out of the brain. You need a

chelator. So I wonder how homeopathy could cause metals to leave the brain? I

don't think it can. I do think it can heal, and now that we've cleared some

metals, it can work to heal some stuff up.

This is not any scientific theory - just how it has seemed to work for us. We

also did extensive NAET. 3 or 4 months at time (weekly) for 3 years or so. TONS

of energy work. Stuff that people make fun of - polarity therapy, chakra

balancing, CST, etc.

That stuff alone would not have recovered him. But it sure did not hurt, and may

have helped. Others have done much of the same and not seen " quick response "

like we have.

everything else (organic, nonGMO, chemical free) is a choice. He takes a few

supps, not many. We still chelate, and we started homeopathy about 4 months ago,

and continue with that.

TJ

with TD ALA, what lotion do you mix it with ? where in your son's body do you

rub in the lotion ? and do you wear gloves, to keep from absorbing it yourself ?

I have amalgams and know I wouldn't want to be getting the chelator while my DD

is, but TD sounds maybe easier than oral for some kids.

thanks !!

Subject: [ ] Re: RECOVERY!
