Guest guest
hi all, we're starting chelation soon with my 3.9 year old daughter - it's taken forever to get her and us ready for this, and I'm struggling with the supplements. I've read amalgam illness, I've downloaded the chelation supplements doc from the files and made all the math about what she needs. question is: can I give her a multivitamin and a multimineral that pretty much covers it all (although not exactly), or do I need to give exact doses required of individual supplements ? I'm trying to bring down the amount of pills I open and drop into her juice (today close to 25) because she is refusing to take it (tastes pretty gross, can't blame her). so if I could just do multivit, multimin (which would cover about 15 pills)and add the extra biotin, antifungals, GABA, carnitine, taurine, etc she needs, that would be super. what do you all think ? and any suggestions of the best multivitamin and multimineral - iron and copper free? thanks all, Lupe
