Guest guest
Dear folks and fellow travelers, I noticed some controversy re: vitamin D. Well, for MS at least, the way they found it beneficial is instructive I think. Over the long haul, they noticed that people living closer to the equator had less incidence of MS. Thus, more D from our ever life giving sun, the better. It has since been part of even the Swank, and other low fat diet approaches to MS. They made a believer outta me. So, I take 4,000 a day, and never miss. I honestly can't say it has helped, but I can surely say it has not hurt or harmed. Just my experience and opinion. Hope it helps.
