Thanks, Tammy! Your suggestion was right on. Just spoke to the biller

in that office and it was a billing error. He didn't get the fluoride.

Yes, he's entered puberty. In addition, I need to take him to an ASD

vision specialist -- functional vision problems may be at the heart of

the anxiety.

I don't know what I'd do without this group!

First I would make sure they didn't make a mistake in billing your

insurance company for procedures not done. Mistake or fraud? It seems

if you have insurance, easy enough to bill for something you didn't

get.

Puberty is right around corner?
