off, I am using for Sam for gut bugs, did a course of 3 days, several times

per day in small doses is whats recommended these days rather than bigger

yuckky-do doses.

For me I use if I have any sort of bug coming on, today its a sore throat,

I gargle and swallow and have used for yeast - very effective and cheap

enough to be wroth a try I think.
