Guest guest
we don't chelate yet, but from what I've read, kids who have gut problems use the suppositories cause they won't irritate the gut. Don't know if that's true, but I've read this. nancy j a child is diagnosed with asd every 20 seconds From: mercurybabies2 <mercurybabies2@...> Subject: [ ] Re: where to buy small doses DMSA Suppository? Don't use suppositories at all unless you have one of the extenuating circumstances Andy listed. There is NO need to do that other than to charge you for compounded suppositories which cost more than oral medication. And then put your child through this violation every 8 hours on rounds. Think about, would you want someone doing this to you?? Probably not. Many will argue this point but it is not emotionally healthy to be putting a suppository into a child's bum all the time. This should be reserved for times of extreme illness when vomiting and Iv will not allow for oral or intravenous administration of medication. I don't know why it has become fashionably to give chelators like that...but its not needed. Insist on oral dmps or transdermal to be used on the child's skin, say an arm or leg. If a kid can swallow, there is no reason to use suppositories. It will not reduce yeast.
