Guest guest
I put my 16year old daughter on LDN at 1.5 in June as she had been diagnosed with a very underactive thyroid. When the antibody test was done it came back negative. She also has a rather large goiter which is what first alerted me t her condition. Docs wanted her on levothyroxine. I chose DN instead and gave her mine. In 6 weeks she had normal range s in all FT3FT4 and HSH tests thought the goiter is as big as ever. I also put her on selenium. From what I can see thought the LDN is doing a great job without any other thyroid meds. Im awaiting her latest blood results next week and can keep you posted. I am due to receive iodine in the post any day now and will probably add that to her regime to try and address the goiter issue. Give it a go. Just make sure if you are hypo that the ldn doesn’t push you into hyper and be ready to reduce your other thyroid meds.
