I am a very open-minded and understanding person. Sometimes in the autism

community (mostly online) simply discovery conversation is not possible. There

are those that don't want to get along and I believe disagree to disagree. My

purpose has been to understand and not judge.

I feel that the programs I and others participate in to be part of the community

may be defined by some as becoming normal thus insulting to others. As if to

desire to be part of the community and also being employed by these

facilitations as part of these programs paid for by California government

(medi-cal) is curing. I simply want to make sure that no matter someones point

of view for cure and anti-cure they are not seeking to keep me in the house,

others as well and destroy programs that integrate us as I have even seen the

term integration in " pride along with anti-cure " movements frowned upon.

I believe I and others have the right, the choice and human right to receive

services (can be considered treatment) that can be considered making us normal

are not being attacked so as long as an individual freely chooses to be part of

them. I feel it would be an attack upon human rights, quality of life and for

the sake of another persons ego sometimes having to do with abortion politics

and the imagine of autism in society. It would seem not all need these services

and I want to make sure it's respected and not being attempted to be destroyed.

problems here. The ideas put forth on this forum I have come to understand are

not liked by some. However despite having an ASD myself I have not taken a side

and when I try to think openly to figure things out I am censored in a anti-cure

forum. I think of social problems as science problems in part.

things were at first not even aware of ASAN and never quite liking titling

myself as anything though others have the freedom to.
