Guest guest
It's neither. There is no reason to separate these at all. Guest guest
It comes together in food, so why would it be a problem taking it together. I see a lot of misinformation about taking minerals or certain vitamins together. I've just not found much truth to it or by now someone in my house would be deficient in something because we give a lot of things together. We take cal/mag/zinc together. You need Mag for Cal to work. This is not a concern. They would not sell them together if there were any truth to this. What I have read, is that calcium and zinc are absorbed at the same sites, so if you give them together, some will be lost. This is not a problem if you are not significantly deficient, but to maximize absorption if you are deficient, best to give them separately.
