Thanks for replying,   I am taking magnesium malate.  I can take alot of it

without getting diarrhea but I don't get anything out of it.  In a little clip

of Andy's book, he mentions there being a magnesium injection protocol in the

appendix of his book.  I have just started taking potassium chloride powder.  No

I'm not taking vit K.  I'm not sure what it does either or how to take it.

What type of magnesium are you taking?    I don't know of any magnesium

shots...but there is ionic magnesium.  It is a liquid...and it is supposed to be

absorbed better than the usual.  Are  you taking potassium?  Potassium can cause

some of the same issues as magnesium.

They are both part of the basic electrolytes...Are you taking vit K?

It also helps with Magnesium and Calcium.
