Guest guest
Thanks for replying, I am taking magnesium malate. I can take alot of it without getting diarrhea but I don't get anything out of it. In a little clip of Andy's book, he mentions there being a magnesium injection protocol in the appendix of his book. I have just started taking potassium chloride powder. No I'm not taking vit K. I'm not sure what it does either or how to take it. I don't know of any magnesium shots...but there is ionic magnesium. It is a liquid...and it is supposed to be absorbed better than the usual. Are you taking potassium? Potassium can cause some of the same issues as magnesium. They are both part of the basic electrolytes...Are you taking vit K? It also helps with Magnesium and Calcium.
