The Kangen and other pH altering and filtering waters are great to some extent,

but you will require a change in eating or lifestyle (stress reduction) in order

to see long term results. I know of several people who still get sick (cancer)

on Kangen water because that is the only thing they change. Kangen is a

rep-based sales platform, but there are others that are less expensive that do

the same thing because they don't have to pay a rep. Prystine Hydro is a good

one.

Get some pH strips and check out the discussions about pH a few weeks/month ago

and I am sure you will see some help with the fatigue and fuzziness, as well as

yeast and viral issues.

Tony thanks for your note...I promise I can relate to how you feel...I was

feeling like giving up with the exhaustion and brain fog and pain...I was

trying everything I could...I utilized different supplements,diet changes,

EFT and visualization and Ondamed...but the effort to try new things was

overwhelming as well as trying to figure out how to afford things and then

trying to decide where what little money I had should go to try and get

better. I really didn't see how water could make a difference, but

thankfully it did and still is.

The main thing is for you to get better...to get well and the faster the

better for you...you need to always have hope...that definitely helps you

make progress. I am searching for you a source of water. Hang in there

and keep pushing forward...

says she's about 2 hours from you...(I haven't found anybody closer as of

I recently started taking Garden of Life Vitamin Code Raw B-Complex. It has

helped me fell not so out of it. I have not felt this good in about 10 years.

You can purchase at the health food store and it is not very expensive.

glad that you have recovered from it.

Yes, with the exhaustion and brain fog and many other symptoms, I feel like

giving up often. If it were not for my wife and daughter, I would have given up

already.

group. I'm glad that there are people out there that understand what I am going

through. It's so hard for other people (who know nothing about mercury

poisoning) to understand what I am going through, and sometimes, I really feel

like I'm in a tunnel of darkness and depression....

Haha Tony...I can relate to the Walgreens decor...I am glad I found her and

I hope you connect with her real soon. The main thing to remember about

the water is that because of it's powerful absorption and saturation

abilities you don't take medications with it...supplements however are great

with the water...

Thanks Tony, It is a very big deal that you are talking to folks! And I

am so glad you have your wife and daughter to inspire you to push on...My

boys inspired me..so I didn't let go of trying...

You know, my perception was like a deep dark tunnel downward. There was

such a heaviness to everything. The depression is a big issue that has to

be battled.

Question: Are you getting outside any? That really helps too. I don't know

if your weather permits it...but one therapist recommends going outside and

lying on the ground and looking up into the sky for about 10 to 15 minutes a

day. . This is supposed to be very helpful for your brain and body...and

have you looked at the emofree.com website...it helped me in some ways as

well...

do you have a copy of Andy's Amalgam Illness book? If not, I can get you one.

It is full of info on the best supplements for symptoms.

The tough part about this is finding what works specifically for you. There are

many reasons why a person experiences the 'fog' and you, unfortunately, are

going to be the one responsible for finding out what that reason (or reasons) is

and treat it appropriately. That might mean a lot of trial and error which

stinks when you are on a limited income and limited energy.

Have you ever tried a gluten/casein free diet? Or maybe an extreme elimination

diet to see if there are foods that bother you?

I am not sure the difference, We bought it as a B complex for our kids but on

the box it said not to give it to kids. Did not notice that until after I bought

it so decided we would take it. I have had heart palpitations that started about

7 years ago and got much worse the past three years, Had a heart study done in

2008 that came back fine. Started taking different supplements to see what would

help them and this B complex has eliminated them. I also used to feel very

lethargic especially during my period. And this month did good.

Here is what it says on the bottle: High Potency, RAW B Complex formula, Live

enzymes and probiotics, 100% active ingredients, No binders or fillers, Raw,

Vegan, Gluten free, dairy free. It also says: Heathy heart & blood, Immune

support, Metabolism, Stress response, Mental & physical energy.

Serving size is 2 capsules but I only take 1.

I forgot: do you have access to an MD who will get some bloodwork done? It

just might be helpful for you to have a complete thyroid panel, CBC and

metabolic panel run. Or, for the thyroid, could you start taking your body

temperature each morning before getting up to see if it is lower than normal?

That might indicate an underactive thyroid.

Other thyroid symptoms aside from low energy are depression, difficulty

Where Tony lives, lying on the ground outside will lead to frostbite or being

run over by a neighbor's slowblower!

Getting outside feels so good, though. I have a long history of depression that

I'm finally getting a handle on.

Exercise is great, but be careful with the amount. I can tolerate heavy

exercise but often it can cause a paradoxical reaction in mercury toxic people

(needing days to recover). Even just a 15 minute walk with the stroller...

Tony, do you take quality fish oil supplements? 1-2 grams/day? Or several

grams of flax seed oil? Nordic Naturals are available at The Vitamin Shoppe. I

use them. I got myself off of anti-depressants by taking 2 grams EPA daily.

I'd been on/off of them (drugs) for about 18 yrs. I've been anti-depressant

free for 5 years and I feel better than ever. It hasn't been as simple as

taking fish oil, but that certainly was the supplement that got me on the right

path.

I forgot: do you have access to an MD who will get some bloodwork done? It

just might be helpful for you to have a complete thyroid panel, CBC and

metabolic panel run. Or, for the thyroid, could you start taking your body

temperature each morning before getting up to see if it is lower than normal?

Yep. I would get frostbite, and these past few days have been getting colder as

well. Yes, I do take fish oil supplements. I take Cod Liver Oil. Should I be

taking Flax seed oil as well? How does that help me?

I didn't know about this problem I have just about one month ago, when I have

had terrible headaches and dizziness, and went to ER, which is when I learned

about liquid in inner year, has been treated then and got better but now its

came back with the cold I have, so I just want it to be drained out as it

doesn't do it itself as should

I was just thinking that you may have it also, doctor should be able to tell

from checking the years

If you also feeling dizzy it can be sign of that too, or it can be ruled out

No i have not had any colds recently. However, I have had the stomach flu about

3 weeks ago. That was horrible and the first time that I have vomited as a

result of being sick.

About the liquid in your ear, I'm not sure if I have the same problem. I'm not

sure what an ENT doctor is as well. Can you let me know why I should get checked

for this?
