That is a good question. From what i have heard you do not want to stress the

kidneys during detox. I have read somewhere in this forum that the pH of the

urine should be more alkaline. Supplementing with GSE causes the urine to become

more alkaline. I dont understand this because GSE is citrus right. So it should

make the urine more acidic right. So, if you want to make the urine more

alkaline we should use something like a japanese alkaline water.

Any thoughts on this topic will be greatly appreciated. Dana,TJ,PAM.Anyone

Citric fruits are alkalizing because the minerals they leave behind after

digestion help remove hydrogen ions, and decrease the body's acidity levels.

High alkaline forming foods include Baking soda, sea salt, mineral water,

pumpkin seed, lentils, seaweed, onion, taro root, sea vegetables, lotus root,

sweet potato, lime, lemons, nectarine, persimmon, raspberry, watermelon,

tangerine, and pineapple.

Anything reasonable. E. g. 5.5 to 9.5.
