Guest guest
That is a good question. From what i have heard you do not want to stress the kidneys during detox. I have read somewhere in this forum that the pH of the urine should be more alkaline. Supplementing with GSE causes the urine to become more alkaline. I dont understand this because GSE is citrus right. So it should make the urine more acidic right. So, if you want to make the urine more alkaline we should use something like a japanese alkaline water. Any thoughts on this topic will be greatly appreciated. Guest guest
Citric fruits are alkalizing because the minerals they leave behind after digestion help remove hydrogen ions, and decrease the body's acidity levels. High alkaline forming foods include Baking soda, sea salt, mineral water, pumpkin seed, lentils, seaweed, onion, taro root, sea vegetables, lotus root, sweet potato, lime, lemons, nectarine, persimmon, raspberry, watermelon, tangerine, and pineapple.
