Our son is seen at Children's Hospital in Philadelphia. CHOP is one of the best hospitals in the nation. Our surgeon was up front with us from the beginning and still is. He is actually doing a 4 staged approach 1. was the original ostomy at 4 days old 2. was a Right Colon Patch Graft with an Ostomy and Mucus Fistula, side by side. This was done last month. 3.Next step will be the pull through with a loop ostomy. 4. will be the closing of the ostomy.
