Andy has commented about this before. Here is one place that some of his posts

are collected (in the fdc group). Look for the B12 folder:

Trudy,

I went to bed at 8 friday night, got my shot and slept until this morning. So, I went out and got the b12 vitamins. I hope I get something out of them. This fatugue can't last much longer or i will lose my mind.

Take it easy and thanks for the info on the b12.

Gloria, you are so right about tired and depressed. I noticed that with the B12 I am not depressed. And remember I'm being weaned off Elavil. Only two Elabil these entire week! But Guys, be a little more reasonable than me. I WAAAY over did it. Sore, but not depressed and not really fatigued. Just normal tired from not resting or sleeping enough, this soon off tx." A well-behaved woman never made history " Mae Westhttp://facebook.com/people/andTrudy-Kinsey/1340460877

Gloria, You have gone through so much and I can understand why you are having a

hard time with depression. I think you are a very strong person to have been

able to handle so much, the things you describe are traumatic and would take a

long time to get over, I think I would be a basket case. Life seems to throw

everything at us at once doesn't it? I don't count on clear sailing anymore

because every time I have, something else rears its head.

I am not sure but think smoking depletes all the B vitamins but B12 is the one

that doesn't make it through the acid, I think others are fine in regular form.

i take a B combo plus the sublingual b. Gloria, I think all that hit you was

pretty recent and it takes time to heal go easy on yourself you have had way

more than your fair share.
