It does appear necessary to distinguish between the two conditions.

Psoriasis is one of the genetic markers in http://www.23andme.com that has been

identified and can be tested for in their service. You can read about the genes

for psoriasis here:

https://www.23andme.com/health/psoriasis/

The gene can be expressed or not. If it is, you will develop the condition.

However, you can live your whole life without getting it even if you have the

genetic marker for it. There is nothing fungal in its expression from a genetic

base.

I suspect it is possible to get a fungal infection in an outbreak and perhaps

there is a confounding of conditions then.

I read the link above and didn't find any evidence leading to the conclusion

that psoriasis is a fungus. I found one person who improved on Tinactin which

leads me to believe he had a fungal condition. There is also a youtube video on

a woman who claims the hair product Doo-Gro has totally cleared hers. In the

sense that the oils prevent the skin scaling, she has.

I have winter psoriasis. The sun is my friend. However, this summer my elbows

did not clear 100% as they usually do, but it is very mild. I have been on ldn

about 3 weeks and see no improvement on the elbows, but I am still in the

ramping up stage.

Hi,

Perhaps of more interest is the statement that cancer is a fungus? This

certainly gets my attention! I do care and very deeply. My sympathies to

everyone who has cancer or knows someone closely related who does; this

would be just about everyone!
